Built by the Ellings around 1911, the barn is an ongoing renovation project for The Elling House Arts & Humanities Center. The plan is to provide a creative space for artists, including plans for accommodating an artist in residence. The finished barn will contain restrooms and a kitchen and will provide a venue for artists’ workshops as well as a space to inspire  other creative endeavors.
